Tasks
- Complete information to patients who are calling or coming to the Medical Center.
- Appointments, registrations according to the needs of patients
- Performing general administrative, back office tasks
Conditions for filling the post
- Experience gained in a call center, customer information, or similar job
- High level of PC user knowledge
- Excellent communication and empathy skills, confidence, multi-tasking mode, system vision, precision
- Reliable English language skills (both written and oral, live and usable language skills)
- Ambitious, assertive personality
- Neat, impeccable business look
